萬能材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)用途:本機(jī)可對(duì)金屬、非金屬以及構(gòu)件進(jìn)行拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、剝離、撕裂、蠕變等試驗(yàn)。軟件系統(tǒng):采用高精度的單片微機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)機(jī)被檢區(qū)間的力值,將相應(yīng)力值的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣裝夾在試驗(yàn)機(jī)上,讓拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)繼續(xù)對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣進(jìn)行拉伸,引伸計(jì)或應(yīng)變片將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣的伸長(zhǎng)量顯示出來,將伸長(zhǎng)量換算為拉力值,再與拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)度盤上與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣相同的力值點(diǎn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,根據(jù)比對(duì)值的差來確定試驗(yàn)機(jī)技術(shù)狀態(tài)及精度。本方法利用胡克定律,根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣的伸長(zhǎng)量換算為力值與試驗(yàn)機(jī)度盤力值進(jìn)行對(duì)比,來確定試驗(yàn)機(jī)的精度。該方法極大的簡(jiǎn)化了檢定的操作過程,對(duì)試驗(yàn)機(jī)原始拉伸狀態(tài)的日常檢定帶來極大方便和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。
