一、選擇分辨率和動態(tài)性能

分辨率是試驗(yàn)機(jī)的一個重要參數(shù),合適的分辨率將有利于測量的解析度,測量出較小的分度,有效分辨率和動態(tài)性能是一對矛盾,一味的提高有效分辨率是以犧牲動態(tài)性能(帶寬)為代價的,帶寬的降低直接導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果是材料屈服波動不明顯甚至出現(xiàn)屈服就是一個平臺的現(xiàn)象,所以在選型是也要對這對參數(shù)進(jìn)行有效的考慮;

二、選擇精度等級

目前國內(nèi)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的精度普遍使用1級和0.5級兩種,對于一般的材料試驗(yàn)選擇1級的試驗(yàn)機(jī)完全足夠,沒有必要多花錢提高精度,對于科學(xué)研究和材料分析就需要0.5級精度的試驗(yàn)機(jī);其實(shí)對于0.5級和1級精度的試驗(yàn)機(jī)在技術(shù)上差別并不明顯,校驗(yàn)的方法和手段基本是一樣的,這是修正點(diǎn)的不一樣上,隨著傳感器技術(shù)的發(fā)展,傳感器元件的線性度已經(jīng)達(dá)到一個很高的水準(zhǔn),只要測量電路沒有缺陷,抗干擾性能好的話,所有的試驗(yàn)機(jī)都會達(dá)到0.5級的精度是沒有問題的;

三、選擇量程

根據(jù)試驗(yàn)材料的載荷選擇所需要的試驗(yàn)機(jī)載荷(即量程),推薦材料試驗(yàn)載荷在試驗(yàn)機(jī)量程的70%――90%左右為佳,這樣既保證了試驗(yàn)的分辨率也可以延長試驗(yàn)機(jī)的使用壽命;
