液壓壓力試驗(yàn)機(jī)功能與操作

我們一塊介紹分享液壓壓力試驗(yàn)機(jī)的一些功能用途以及操作，首先我們介紹一下其液壓系統(tǒng)，油箱內(nèi)的油經(jīng)過過濾油網(wǎng)被吸入油泵后，經(jīng)油泵的輸油管送到送油閥內(nèi)，當(dāng)送油手輪關(guān)閉時，由于油壓作用而將活塞推開，油從回油管流回油箱，當(dāng)送油手輪打開時，則油液經(jīng)由油管進(jìn)入工作油缸內(nèi)，再通過壓力油管經(jīng)過回油閥體流回油箱。

1、擰開回油閥，使下壓板下降，取出壓碎的試樣。

2、記錄下來需要的載荷數(shù)值，并將描繪筆抬起。

3、試樣壓碎后，關(guān)閉送油閥，并停止油泵電動機(jī)。

4、按試驗(yàn)要求加荷速度，緩慢地?cái)Q開送油閥進(jìn)行加荷試驗(yàn)。

5、開動橫梁電動機(jī)，使上壓板下降到離試樣約10mm處，再轉(zhuǎn)動橫梁上的手輪，使上壓板與試樣表面接觸。

6、將主動針及被動針調(diào)整到零，關(guān)閉送油閥。

9、根據(jù)試樣所需測量范圍，在擺桿上掛上或取下相應(yīng)的擺鉈，并把緩沖閥手柄上的刻線對準(zhǔn)標(biāo)線。
